Falcons Open Two-Day Trip with Dual at Ohio

ATHENS, Ohio — The Bowling Green swim and dive team travels to Athens on Friday for a Mid-American Conference dual meet at Ohio. The meet is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the Ohio Aquatic Center.
The meet marks Bowling Green's first conference opponent of the calendar year and its third MAC dual of the season. The Falcons (12-0, 2-0 MAC) enter unbeaten after road victories against Simon Fraser (133.5-52.5) and Barry (158-21) in a double dual at Miami Shores, Fla. Bowling Green last faced a conference foe in a 169-131 win against Eastern Michigan.
Ohio (3-0, 2-0) comes in off a first-place finish at the TYR '85 Invite, scoring 2,768 points to top a seven-team field. The Bobcats' most recent MAC dual resulted in a 152-148 victory at Ball State.
Bowling Green will continue its road trip Saturday with a double dual against Marshall and Duquesne in Huntington, W.Va.
