LITCHFIELD PARK, AZ. - The Bowling Green State University (BGSU) Women's golf team reopened the season at Litchfield Park, Arizona, hosting the BGSU Women's Intercollegiate. BGSU finished 5th out of 15 teams in the tournament.

Addison Kartusch finished 4th overall in the tournament and placed the highest among all Mid-American Conference participants.

"It felt great to be back on the course. We have been working hard over the mid-season in preparation for our spring season. As a team, we played really solid. During the first round we just couldn't get some putts to fall, but the team stayed patient and played the rest of the tournament solid. Huge shout out to Addison Kartusch for her 4th place finish. She has been a leader for us all year and played some fantastic golf this week. Up next the Falcons head to Rio Verde, Arizona, for the Rio Verde Collegiate hosted by Western Michigan University. The three day tournament will be held from Friday-Sunday (Feb.20 - Feb.22) for the weekend slate.
