BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Bowling Green State University women's soccer coach Chris Fox has announced the addition of an NCAA Division-I transfer to the program. Paige Taylor, a native of Hilliard, Ohio, has joined the Falcon family.
Taylor, a 5-3 midfielder, comes to BGSU after spending the 2025-26 academic year at Ohio University.
"We're thrilled to add Paige to our midfield," said Fox. "She's a technically gifted player with the vision and creativity to unlock defenses.
"Paige has tremendous upside, and we're looking forward to helping her take the next step in her development while making an impact for our program."
Taylor did not see match action with the Bobcats last season. A graduate of Hilliard Bradley, she played soccer at both the high school and club level. With her club program, Ohio Premier, Taylor made it to the 2023 Champions League and 2024 North American Cup. In the classroom, she was a class cabinet member, as well as a member of the National Honor Society.Â

The daughter of Kelli and Troy Taylor, Paige has a sister, Maddy.

BGSU finished the 2025 season with an overall record of 10-3-9, and the Falcons went 4-1-7 in Mid-American Conference play. BG finished sixth in the 13-team league, then proceeded to advance past third-seeded Buffalo and second-seeded Miami in the MAC Tournament, making it all the way to the championship match. BGSU had just two seniors on the 2025 roster.
