• The Bowling Green State University women's soccer team prepares to face a Power Four opponent for the third consecutive game. Head coach Chris Fox and the Falcons hit the road for a Sunday (Sept. 6) matchup with the University of Kentucky. First touch is set for 1:00 p.m. at the Bell Soccer Complex.
TODAY'S PAGE-ONE-WORTHY NOTES
• The Falcons went nearly 300 minutes before allowing a goal to begin the season. BGSU posted three-straight shutouts before Michigan found the back of the net midway through the first half of last Sunday's (Aug. 30) match.
• BG had started the season with three consecutive shutouts for the first time in the history of the program.
• As of Thursday afternoon (Sept. 3), the Falcons are tied for 15th in the nation in team goals-against average (0.25).
