2010: Posted a season-best time of 26:34.8 in the 8K at the All-Ohio Championships ... best finish by place came at the dual meet with Toledo (14th; 16:39) ... finished 35th at the Mel Brodt Invitational (26:45.4) ... completed his final MAC Championships run in 27:21.5 ... ended his Falcon career with a 10K run of 34:20 at the NCAA Regional.

2009: Was the Falcon’s third best runner in every race that he participated in… he was eighth at the Toledo Dual and set a personal 5K record with a time of 16:09… Had his best race in the Falcon Invite in which he finished with a time of 26:40.0 to end up 74th overall and break his personal 8K record… he also had a solid race in the Mel Brodt Invitational when he finished 60th with a time of 26:49.5… Smuda ended up 58th at the MAC Championship with a time of 28:53.8.

2008: The number two runner for the Falcons in half of the races ... the number three runner for the Falcons at the University of Toledo Dual placing seventh with a time of 17:04 ... ran a time of 28:25 at the Mel Brodt Invitational placing 25th ... ran a time of 27:38, breaking his 8K personal best time at the Stanford Invitational ... ran time of 28:10 finishing 129th at the All-Ohio Championships ... the Falcons' number three runner at the Falcon invite running a personal best 8K time of 26:46 ... ran a time of 27:26 at the MAC Championships placing 55th.

2007: Ran in three of seven meets during his freshman season ... was the Falcons' number three runner in the MAC Championships, finishing 70th-overall with a time of 28:14.7 ... had a season-best 8K time of 27:50.42 at the Falcon Invitational.
