Lee Leds the Falcons at Paul Short

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Bowling Green men's cross country team finished 34th at the Paul Short Run on Friday morning, totaling 877 points.
Freshman Aiden Lee led the Falcons, setting setting a personal record with a 25:27.1 8K to place 89th. Owen Zaumeyer was next in 26:05.5, followed by Micah Bentley in 26:41.9, who shifted past 39 runners in the last two miles.
Colin Buening reached the finish in 26:52.1 and Luke Woolard, like Bentley, finished strong in the final two miles, ascending 29 spots to finish in 27:02.8.
Gibson Shore (27:09.4) and Luke Lesseuer (27:47.5) rounded out the Falcons' scoring as their sixth and seventh finishers. Cameron Hohman (27:48.5) and Ashton Boyd (27:55.6) completed the BGSU lineup.
Bowling Green will return to the Mel Brodt Cross Country Course for the Falcon Invitational on Oct. 16.
