2014: Ran in five out of team's six meets ... Placed first on the team and fifth overall at BG's home Mel Brodt Invitational, posting an 8,000-meter time of 26:40.71 ... Finished in the team's top five at every race he competed at this season, which included a second place team finish at the Great Lakes Regional meet.

2013: Academic All-MAC ... Ran in six of the team’s seven meets, finishing first among BGSU runners twice … Both top finishes came in 5,000-meter races at Eastern Michigan … Placed fifth out of 22 runners at the EMU Open, setting a new personal best time of 16:17.50 … Followed that up with a time of 15:42.3 at the EMU Fall Classic to place 20th out of 63 runners … Set an 8,000-meter personal best at the All-Ohio Championships, finishing 39th of 289 runners with a time of 26:17.22 … Placed in the top half at the NCAA Regional Championships with a 10,000-meter personal best time of 32:57 to end 97th out of 207.

2012: Redshirted the cross country season

2011: Posted season-best 8K time (26:22) at All-Ohio Championships ... Placed 12th at Ball State Invitational in 27:16 ... Ran the 8K in 27:01 at the MAC Championships, a 40 second improvement over the previous year ... Improved his 10K time at the NCAA regionals by over a minute and finished in 33:34 ... Set a mark of 16:41 in the 5K at the Toledo Opener.

2010: Competed in all seven meets for BGSU ... Placed tenth overall and third among all Falcons at Toledo Dual meet with a 16:26 mark in the 5K run ... Ran the 10K at the NCAA Regionals in 34:52 ... Posted a season-best 8K time of 26:47 and placed 37th overall at Mel Brodt Invitational ... Fell just shy of eclipsing Mel Brodt time at the Falcon Invitational, crossing the finish in 26:47 ...
