2013: Placed sixth at the MAC Championships to become the first BGSU men’s cross country runner to earn first team All-MAC accolades since 1995 … Academic All-MAC ... Ran 25:12.21 over the 8,000-meter course at home in the MAC Championships … Finished first among BGSU runners in four of the six meets he competed … Set a new 8,000-meter personal best at the ISU Pre-National meet with a time of 24:56.94 … Also set a personal best over 10,000 meters at the NCAA Regional Championships with a time of 31:43 to finish 51st out of 207 runners … Placed third of 289 at the All-Ohio Championships … Had four top-seven finishes on the season.

2012: Redshirted the cross country season.

2011: Placed fifth at Toledo Opener by finishing 5K in 15:46 ... Set a personal 8K record at MAC Championships (25:12) and was BGSU’s best runner (26th) ... Finished in fourth place (25:49) at Ball State Invitational ... Was BGSU’s top runner at All-Ohio Championships (25:57) and NCAA Regionals (31:43).

2010: Became first Falcon to supplant Chris Moody as the team’s top runner in a race in three years when he placed 36th in 25:42 at the MAC Championships ... Tied with Moody for fifth in 15:45 at the season-opening dual meet with Toledo ... Placed seventh at the Mel Brodt Invitational, completing the 8K in a season-best 25:28 ... Crossed the finish line in 25:45 (48th) in the championship event of the All-Ohio Championships ... Ran the 8K in 25:47 at the Falcon Invitational.

2009: Was the Falcons’ second-best runner in all seven races … Best race of the season came when he finished 24th at the Mel Brodt Invitational with a time of 25:46, a personal record in an 8K event … Also had a solid performance in the Falcon Invite when he ended up 44th with a time of 26:07… Finished 56th at the MAC Championships with a time of 28:19 … Took 127th in first regional with a time of 34:09 (10K).

High School: Is a 2009 graduate of Tippecanoe High School… Finished third at the 2008 Division II Cross Country State Championship, helping his team finish second in the same meet … Is a four-time team MVP and was named the Central Buckeye Conference Athlete of the Year in 2007 and 2008 … Also earned All-Ohio honors in cross country as a junior and senior … Finished 13th at the 2007 Division II State Championship in his junior campaign… Is also an accomplished track athlete, finishing with personal-bests in the 1600 (4:29), 3200 (9:35) and 5000 (15:42)… Finished sixth at state in the 3200 and ran a leg on the 3200 relay team that finished 10th in the same meet… Coached by Ron Rohrer, Dave Larsen, Nick Culver and Steve Verhoff.
