HURLEY AND THE FALCONS

- Had a very deceptive 32-53 record
- Also had 56 complete games, seven saves, a 3.97 career ERA and 308 strikeouts in 558 2/3 innings
2022
- Received the team's Meserve Award at the end-of-year banquet
- The award is presented to the BGSU softball student-athlete who demonstrated the following qualities throughout the season: passion, leadership, competitive spirit, ‘teamsmanship,’ athletic and academic excellence and resiliency
- Named to the Academic All-MAC Team
- Also named an Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete
- Pitched in a total of 22 games on the year, making six starts
- Had a 4-3 record and a 4.08 ERA in 60 innings of work
- Led the Falcons with four saves and had 24 strikeouts and a .294 opponent batting avg.
- In MAC games, was 1-1 with a 3.67 ERA
- Had a 3.50 ERA in home games, and was 1-0 with a 4.96 ERA in true road contests
- In neutral-site games, was 3-2 with a 3.73 ERA
- Appeared in three games in relief at the DePaul Dome Tournament on the season's opening weekend
- Picked up a win in her BGSU debut, going four-plus innings vs. Butler and allowing just one earned run and three hits
- Earned a save vs. Eastern Illinois the next day, with two innings of shutout, two-hit ball
- Drew her first start as a Falcon, and picked up a win over Delaware at the NC State Invitational
- The next day, got the save against Central Connecticut State, getting the final five outs while allowing two hits and no runs
- Picked up her third save of the year by retiring the final batter against Morehead State at the UE Invitational
- By March 6, had become the first Falcon with three saves in a season since 2018
- Had an ERA of just 0.72 in 9 2/3 innings of work at the Lady Bison Classic in Nashville
- Threw 5 2/3 innings of scoreless, two-hit relief vs. Pittsburgh
- Drew the start vs. Houston Baptist and allowed one earned run in four innings of work, earning the win
- Pitched 2/3 of an inning of scoreless relief in BGSU's win at Ohio
- Came on to throw 1 2/3 innings of no-run, two-hit relief in a come-from-behind victory over Toledo
- Had a stellar relief appearance vs. Buffalo
- Came into the game vs. the Bulls with runners on second and third with no outs, and retired three-straight batters without allowing a run to score
- Pitched a scoreless inning of relief vs. Detroit Mercy, allowing just one hit to pick up her fourth save of the year
- Fired a one-two-three inning vs. Akron at Meserve Field
- Gave the Falcons 5 1/3 innings of solid relief at Ball State, allowing two runs
- Earned a victory at Kent State, allowing just an unearned run and three hits in four innings of work
- Threw 37 of her 55 pitches for strikes in that win
- Pitched three innings in relief vs. the Flashes the next day
- Threw 2 1/3 innings against Miami in the MAC Tournament
- Pitched an inning and a third vs. Virginia in the NISC, allowing one hit and no earned runs

- Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Preseason Pitcher of the Year
- Named to the All-MEAC First Team at the end of the season
- Became the first NCCU softball player ever to be named to the All-MEAC Team twice
- Appeared in 36 of the team’s 44 games, making 25 starts
- Had a deceptive win-loss record of 9-18 and a 3.51 ERA
- Struck out 100 batters on the year
- Threw a complete game in each of her 25 starts
- Had three saves and allowed opponents to bat just .266 against her
- In league regular-season action, went 7-3 with two saves in 15 appearances
- Had an opponent batting average of just .216 and a WHIP of only 0.97 in conference action
- Had a season-high 10 strikeouts vs. Mount St. Mary’s
- Ended the season by winning five of her last six decisions
- Helped the Eagles advance to the championship game of the MEAC Tournament for the first time in program history
- Had a pair of complete-game wins on the same day to lead NCCU to the title game

2018 AT EASTERN MICHIGAN
- Appeared in 25 games as a freshman, including 14 starts
- Went 2-9 with a save and a 5.42 ERA
- Posted 28 strikeouts in 62.0 innings pitched
- Picked up wins against Miami (Ohio) -- her complete game -- and Central Michigan
- Credited with a save against Toledo
- Transferred to NCCU after EMU dropped the softball program
HIGH SCHOOL
- A four-year letterwinner at Maumee H.S. ('17) for coaches Brian Jones and Shawn Watson
- Served as captain for one year
- During her senior year, had 200 strikeouts, pitched 160.1 innings and had a 2.36 ERA
- Team MVP in 2017
