2009 XC: Competed in five of seven races … completed her strongest race of the season at the Falcon Invite (6K) where she placed 15th with a time of 22:47.2 … was the sixth Falcon runner to finish at the Mid-American Conference Championships as she crossed the finish line in 22:47.2 … completed the Great Lakes Regional in 23:44.40 to end up 139th.

2008 XC: Placed sixth at University of Toledo Dual with a personal best 3K time of 10:50 ... was the number five runner for the Falcons at the Mel Brodt Invitational with a time of 19:11, placing 17th overall ... ran a time of 24:23 at the Stanford Invitational ... was the number five runner for the Falcons at the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 19:21, placing 38th overall.

2007 XC: Ended her freshman season as the Falcons' top runner in both the MAC Championships and the NCAA Regionals ... finshed as the team's number two runner on three occasions and the number three runner twice ... set a 5K personal-best time of 18:28.61 at the Falcon Invitational where she finished 15th ... took home the 28th spot at the MAC Championships ... set a 6K personal-best time of 22:41.51 at the NCAA Regional meet ... in her first collegiate race, she finished fourth at the Toledo Dual meet.

High School: Ran personal bests of 2:16 in the 800m, 5:11 in the 1600m, and 18:47 in the 5000m ... finished 11th in the 2006 DI Ohio State Cross Country Meet, helping her team to runner up honors ... selected as one of the top senior cross country runners in Ohio ... represented Team Ohio in the Mid-East Meet of Champions in Kettering, Ohio ... was a member of the Bowling Green High School 2003, 2004, and 2005 Division I Ohio State Cross Country Champions ... earned All-Ohio and Academic All-Ohio honors ... a member of the academic honor roll ... coached by Brian Tucker.
