2008 XC: Top finisher for the Falcons in every race ... placed first and set new 3K personal best time of 10:29 at the University of Toledo Dual ... finished first for the Falcons at the Mel Brodt Invitational with a time of 18:28, placing fourth ... placed 29th at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 22:14 ... ran a time of 18:11 at the All-Ohio Championships ... placed first and set 6K personal record at the Falcon Invite with a time of 21:41 ... placed seventh at the MAC Championships, setting a new personal record in the 5K with a time of 17:24 ... finished 70th at Regionals with a time of 22:48.

2008: Ran 1500m time of 4:55.32 at Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... ran a personal best 3000m in 10:27.97 at Toledo Invitational placing fourth ... placed fourth at the Miami Team Challenge in 3000m (10:30.48) and tenth in the 5000m (18:00.02) ... finished ninth in the 3000m (10:34.39) at the All-Ohio ... placed seventh in the outdoor 1000m (37:01.46), ran 10:41.99 in the 3000m, 18:13.32 in the 5000m (outdoor) and 18:44.97 (indoor) at the MAC Championships ... finished third at Drake Relays in 8000m (30:26).

2007: Placed third in the 3,000m at the BGSU Quad ... finished fifth in the 3,000m at the indoor All-Ohio Championship.

2006 XC: Finished the season as the team[apos]s number four runner at the NCAA Regional meet with a time of 23:10 in the 6K, a personal-best as well as improving by 37 spots from the previous year.

2006: During the outdoor season, ran a personal best of 20:34.13 in the 5,000m at the All-Ohio Championships ... ran a personal-best in the 10,000-meter at the Hillsdale Relays with a time of 42:16.24.

2005 XC: In her first year stepped up as the number three runner for the last two meets of the season, earning Most Valuable Freshman honors ... ran a 5K personal-best time of 18:34 at the Falcon Invitational and a 6K personal best of 23:51 at the Great Lakes Regional.

High School: Lead her cross country team to two consecutive State meets in 2003 and 2004 ... placed 33rd in the 2004 Division I State meet ... was a member of the All-Area Girls[apos] Cross Country Dream Team picked by the Lansing State Journal in 2004 ... was named a Top-10 Senior Athlete in the CAAC League in 2004-2005 ... helped her team to a sixth place finish in the 4x800-meter relay at the 2005 State finals ... was the Valedictorian of her class and Vice-President of National Honor Society.
