The Falcons recorded a workmanlike win (15-11, 15-3, 15-7) over the visiting Bulls. The Brown and Orange won for the 10th time in the last 11 outings, taking just 62 minutes to earn the victory. BGSU hit .298 as a team, while holding Buffalo to a .070 percentage. The Bulls hit just -.105 in the third and final game.
Lori Kemerer was the offensive star for the Falcons, hitting .500 with 17 kills, both match-bests. Kris Pesorda had seven kills for the hosts. Defensively, Kate Yeo and Heather Greig had 12 and 11 digs, respectively. Kemerer and Caty Rommeck each had four blocks, while Greig recorded 31 set assists and four service aces.
The Bulls were led by Keri Shiels, who had 13 kills. Rebecca Meade had 15 digs for the visitors.
