BGVB Sets Spring Schedule, Including Brown And Orange Scrimmage April 11

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball program announced the team's spring slate of matches, including a match at home with a Brown and Orange Scrimmage on April 11 prior to the team's Kids Clinic. The date will be the second of three currently on the schedule for the Falcons with the schedule subject to change. Further details regarding the home event will be released closer to the date.

The Falcons spring schedule will begin on the road with a trio of matches at Wright State on April 4. In addition to the Raiders, the Falcons will also face Wittenberg and Eastern Michigan at Wright State. Each team will play each other once with two courts active. Each team will have a match at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. before a break for lunch. The third match for each team will begin at 2:15 p.m. The matches will be best-of-three with the third set played to 15 points.

From there, the Orange and Brown will return home for a Brown and Orange Scrimmage on April 11. The match will begin at 12 p.m. and the team will hold a Kids Clinic following the match.

Bowling Green's spring schedule is currently set to conclude at the Team Pineapple Spring Tournament, an event BGSU is familiar with from past competitions. This year, the event is scheduled for April 18 in Angola, Ind. The day will start at 10 a.m. for the Falcons against Michigan on Court 3 and continue against DePaul at 11:30 a.m. on the same court. BGSU's day will conclude at 2 p.m. on Court 2 against Cleveland State.
