Men Sixth In MAC Championships

The Bowling Green State University men's track and field team finished sixth in the 10-team Mid-American Conference Championships hosted by Eastern Michigan.
The Falcons finished the two-day meet with 38 points. Eastern Michigan was the team champion with 152 points and was followed by Kent (100), Western Michigan (99.5), Central Michigan (97), and Toledo (54.5).
Senior Rah'Sheen Clay was the top individual for the Falcons winning the 400 in a time of 48.39 while also anchoring the 1,600 relay unit to first place in the a time of 3:14.64. He was joined on the relay by Zerian Peterson, Craig Schomer, and Pat Miller.
Other placers for the Falcons included Ricco Oglesby in the 60 (5th, 6.87), Peterson in the 400 (6th, 48.83), Clay in the 200 (4th, 21.36), and Miller in the 800 (6th, 1:54.43).
The distance medley relay also placed finishing sixth in a time of 10:15.22.
