BGSU vs. Mississippi

BG COACH DAN DAKICH
"It was a well-fought basketball game by both teams. Both teams battled."
"Basically, we had the lead the whole game, but Mississippi is very good. They've got bunch of guys back from a team that made the final 16 in the NCAA Tournament. We were in the lead, but they just didn't quit."
"They took the lead with about 15 seconds left, then we got a layup after a timeout off of an inbounds play to Lenny and that put the game in overtime."
"The kids played hard. It was a battle all of the way. If this game had been played in the last weekend in March, it would be one of those instant ESPN classics. We were up, then they came back, and both teams just battled every possession."
"Keith was moving and going to the rim all night. We got them in a one-and-one, then we spread things out and just drove it to the basket. The game was being called close on the ball, so Keith was getting to the foul line.
"Mississippi is a very good defensive team, so I didn't guess that we'd score that much against them."
BRANDON PARDON ON OLE MISS GAME:
"We work extremely hard in the off-season and we work extremely hard in preparation for each game so we can put ourselves in position where we expect to win. We come with the same focus regardless of where the game is. We treat every game the same."
