Gymnastics Heads to Kent for MAC Championship

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green women's gymnastics team with a record of 9-11 overall and 3-3 in the Mid-American Conference will travel to Kent State this weekend to take part in the MAC Championship.
Junior Marny Oestreng (Trogstad, Norway), the reigning co-gymnast of the week in the MAC will look to repeat as the all-around champion after capturing the title at the 2000 meet at Eastern Michigan. The Falcons finished that meet fifth out of seven teams and will look to improve on that Saturday. The meet will get under way at 2 p.m.
