ADD THEM TO THE MAC
With Bowling Green moving to the West Division of the MAC this year, there is now one less team in the East Division. This Czech Republic Select team is playing four games against league schools. They visited Toledo (Nov. 6), Akron (Nov. 7) and will play Kent State (Nov. 13). They also play Detroit Mercy (Nov. 16).
REMEMBERING LESLIE DAWLEY
All BGSU athletic teams will wear black armbands this week in memory of freshman women's soccer player Leslie Dawley who passed away during the Falcons MAC quarterfinal game with Buffalo, November 5. Dawley, 18, came to BGSU from Thomas Worthington High School in Westerville, Ohio. BGSU defeated Buffalo, 2-1 in double OT the next day and played Miami Friday in the MAC semifinals.
