BGSU Baseball to Hold Annual Winter Baseball Camp

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University baseball team will hold its annual Winter Baseball Camp, Dec. 26 - Dec. 28, 2002, in the BGSU Field House. The Falcon baseball coaching staff and members of the 2003 baseball team will be on hand to give instruction to kids ages 6-18.
Kids ages 6-13 will be instructed from 9 a.m. to 12 noon each day while kids ages 14-18 will be instructed from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
The Falcon baseball team won the 2002 Mid-American Conference Championship and captured four of the last five MAC East Division titles. Six current Falcon baseball players were former BGSU Winter Baseball campers.
The cost for the three days is $90 per player. Deadline to register is Monday, Dec. 16. To register, mail or call BGSU coach Danny Schmitz (419-372-7065).
