Gymnastics Hits The Road For Two Meets This Weekend

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team hits the road for two meets this weekend versus Eastern Michigan and Northern Illinois. The Falcons travel to Eastern Michigan on Friday, February 7 for a 7:00 p.m. showdown with the Eagles, and then head to DeKalb, Illinois for a Sunday, February 9 meet against Northern Illinois.
On Friday night the Falcons will face an Eastern Michigan team that is currently 0-1 in MAC action and 1-5 overall. In their last meet the Eagles placed fourth in the Michigan Classic, posting a team score of 192.525, which is a team high for the year.
On Sunday Afternoon the Falcons will face a Northern Illinois team that is currently 0-1 in the MAC and 4-6 overall. Their last meet came on January 24, where they posted a score of 192.300, narrowly falling victim to Ball State and Central Michigan.
Following the meet versus Northern Illinois, the Falcons will travel to New Hampshire for a meet versus the University of New Hampshire, Michigan State University and George Washington University. The meet is set for Saturday, February 15 at 7:00 p.m.
