Muncie, Ind. - Bowling Green's doubleheader at Ball State on Saturday afternoon was cancelled due to more than an inch of rain falling in Muncie, Ind. The two teams will attempt to play a doubleheader on Sunday, May 11, beginning at 1 p.m. (CST).
Ball State won Friday's game 9-2 and are in fourth place in the Mid-American Conference West Division with a 12-9 league record. BGSU is sixth in the West Division with a 7-14 league ledger.
BGSU's Keith Laughlin (6-1, 4.36 ERA)will start the seven-inning game on Sunday while Tyler Saneholtz (3-3, 3.16 ERA) will pitch in game two.
