The Falcons attempted a school-record 34 three-point field goal attempts, breaking the old mark of 32 set in 1997 against West Virginia. BGSU made eight of those attempts.
BGSU also matched their season-high with seven blocked shots (Toledo and Findlay) giving them 14 in the last two games.
The Falcons 18 field goals allowed to Kent State matched their season-low of the season (Detroit).
The Golden Flashes 88.9 percent performance from the line (16/18) was the best this season for a BGSU opponent.
Junior John Reimold led the Falcons with 15 points. he also had five boards, four assists and two blocked shots. He has averaged 4.8 assists in the last four games.
Senior Kevin Netter had 14 points, seven rebounds and two blocked shots. He needs 38 points to become the 33rd player in school history to reach the 1,000-point mark. He also leads the Falcons with 23 blocked shots.
Junior Josh Almanson played a career-high 35 minutes and finished with 11 points and seven rebounds.
Sophomore Germain Fitch played a season-high 20 minutes and had two points and three rebounds.
Junior Cory Eyink tied his season-high with eight points in 11 minutes of action. He also hit two three-pointers in a game for the 10th time in his career.
Freshman Matt Lefeld made his fifth consecutive start.
BGSU outrebounded its opponent for the 12th time this season.
The Falcons had 16 offensive rebounds and have posted 15 or more offensive caroms five times this season.
BGSU will host Marshall at 3:30 p.m., Saturday.
