BGSU Ready For Memphis

Mobile, Alabama - The BGSU football team held its final workout on Tuesday night as they prepare to take on Memphis at 8 p.m. (EST), Wednesday in the sixth GMAC Bowl in Mobile. The game will be televised by ESPN.
The Falcons had a 45-minute workout at Ladd Peebles Stadium which has installed field turf this year.
"We're ready to go," said BGSU Coach Gregg Brandon. "This has been a tremendous experience for our program."
Notes
The game will be officiated by a crew from the Big Ten Conference.
The entire traveling party attended the Mayor's Luncheon which featured South Carolina Coach Steve Spurrier as the guest speaker.
BGSU Trustee J. Robert Sebo was one of 11 Champion of Life Honorees annually given to individuals who have achieved great success in their chosen field through dedication and hard work.
Many BGSU faithful went to the annual Mardi Gras parade in downtown Mobile. BGSU did have a float in the event.
Most of the team attended a movie on Tuesday night, Blade-Trinity.
