Tampa, Florida - The Bowling Green women's golf team finished 11th out of 18 teams at the 18th annual Snowbird Classic, held March 12-13 in Tampa, Fla. The two-round tournament was hosted by Northern Illinois and played at Pebble Creek Golf Course.
James Madison captured the tournament with a two-round score of 604. BGSU finished with a team score of 668 (338, 330).
Falcon senior Jenny Schnipke finished tied for 14th with a two round score of 158 (79, 83). Other placers included freshman Kari Liggett (T-47th, 170), senior Julie Wise (T-53rd, 172), senior Kari Evans (T-55th, 173), and sophomore Amanda Schroeder (T-60th, 176).
BGSU remains in Florida and will play in the El Diablo Invitational, March 15-16, in Orlando, Fla.
