Bowling Green, Ohio - Bowling Green State University's baseball game at Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. has been cancelled due to poor field conditions. The game will not be made up.
The Falcons will next be in action tomorrow, Wednesday, when they host the University of Toledo in a non-conference contest. UT took two-of-three from BGSU this past weekend in Toledo in Mid-American Conference play.
BGSU ends its regular season this weekend when it hosts Western Michigan for a three-game series beginning Friday, May 21, at Warren Steller Field. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
The Falcons (26-17 overall, 11-10 MAC) are tied with Northern Illinois (11-10 MAC) for fourth place in the MAC West Division and are only three games back of Ball State (14-10) for third place, who are idle this weekend.
