MAC Champion Falcons Host Fall Skills Clinics

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University softball team will be hosting several clinics this fall. Head coach Leigh Ross-Shaw, assistant coach Kyle Jamieson and the rest of the Mid-American Conference Tournament champion Falcons will offer clinics on Saturday, Oct. 23 and Sunday, Oct. 24.

On Oct. 23, two clinics will be offered. In the morning (9:00 a.m. to noon), youths in grades 4-8 can attend a clinic on fielding and hitting mechanics. That afternoon (1:00 to 4:00 p.m.), softball players in grades nine through 12 will learn advanced hitting and fielding techniques.
The next day, pitchers of all ages can receive pitching instruction, including tips on mechanics and ball movement. That clinic, available to all ages, will run from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
