Former Falcon Andy Tracy Called Up

Bowling Green, Ohio - Former Bowling Green State University baseball/football player Andy Tracy was called up to the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday, Sept. 7. Tracy has been with the Triple-A affiliate Colorado Springs Sky Sox this season where he set a new team record and led the Pacific Coast League with 120 RBI. He also ripped 33 home runs, 42 doubles and three triples in 126 games for the Sky Sox. On Tuesday night in Denver, Tracy went 0-for-1 as a pinch hitter as Colorado defeated San Francisco, 8-7. Tracy's last Major League playing time came in the 2001 season when he played in 38 games for the Montreal Expos.
