Manser Named to the Academic All-MAC Volleyball Team

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Senior Emily Manser is a member of the Academic All-MAC volleyball team for the second consecutive season. Manser carries a perfect 4.0 GPA while majoring in Communication Disorders at BGSU.

Manser was also named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District IV University Division Volleyball Team, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced. She earned second-team honors.

The Westerville, Ohio native ranked second on the team with 24 service aces and 395 digs (3.69/game) this season. She also compiled 240 kills and 39 blocks for the 18-14 Falcons.

After being named to the first-team CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District in 2004, Manser becomes just the third Falcon volleyball player to be given the award twice in their careers.
