Meister, a midfielder, capped her career by leading the Falcons with eight goals and 22 points in 2005, en route to earning MAC Player-of-the-Year honors. She was BG's first-ever league POY pick, and also was named to the All-MAC First Team, becoming the first Falcon ever to earn all-league first-team laurels twice. She finished her four-year tenure with totals of 28 goals and 73 points, ranking second on the BGSU career lists in each category.
Trundle, primarily a midfielder in her career, pretty much played wherever the Falcons needed her during her four years, seeing time at defender and forward as well. As a senior in 2005, she had 16 points on three goals and a school-record 10 assists. Trundle, the school's career assists leader with 33, is the only player to have recorded seven assists in each of her four years. Trundle helped the top-seeded Falcons to the MAC Tournament title, as the Falcons posted three shutouts. She converted the match-ending penalty kick to break a 2-2 PK deadlock in both the tournament's quarterfinal round vs. Toledo and the championship match against Kent State.
The Falcons of head coach Andy Richards finished 14-7-2 overall and won the MAC's regular-season title with a 9-2-0 league ledger. As mentioned, BGSU won the MAC Tournament crown and advanced to the NCAA Championships for the second-straight season.
