BGSU Women's Golf Finishes 17th at Indiana Invitational

Bloomington, Ind. - The Bowling Green State University women's golf team finished 17th at the Indiana Invitational this past weekend in Bloomington, Ind., with a team score of 695. The Falcon shot rounds of 355 and 340. Notre Dame won the 19-team tournament with a 36-hole score of 620.
Sophomore Kari Liggett was the top Falcon, finishing T-79th with a 36-hole score of 170 (88-82). Freshman Jessica McCann finished T-92nd with a score 175 (89-86) while freshman Carley Hrusovsky finished T-94th with a score of 177 (91-86). Junior Amanda Schroeder (93-87) and freshman Amanda Bader (94-86) each finished T-97th with a score of 180, while senior Karen Binzel finished 102nd with a score of 181.
BGSU next competes this weekend, April 8-9, in the Illini Spring Classic hosted by the University of Illinois in Champaign, Ill.
