Bullock Named Freshman All-American By The Sporting News

Bowling Green, Ohio - Bowling Green State University running back Chris Bullock was named third-team Freshman All-American by The Sporting News. He set a new BGSU freshman record by rushing for 769 yards this season.
The Destrehan, Louisiana native began the season as a backup, but took over the primary ball carrier's role in the second half of the fourth game of the season. He responded the following week with 114 yards in the Falcons 21-9 win at Ohio and had a career-high 182 yards at Temple.
He averaged 109.5 yards per game over a six game span after taking over the starter's role and was the fifth leading freshman rusher in the country.
