Cleveland, Ohio - Bowling Green State University football coach Gregg Brandon and 11 players from the program visited Cleveland on Monday to promote the September 2 game against Wisconsin in Cleveland Browns Stadium.
Brandon and All-American candidate Kory Lichtensteiger, defensive back Loren Hargrove (Berea), running back Dan Macon (Nordonia HS)and linebacker John Haneline (St. Ignatius) were guests at a downtown luncheon sponosred by the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.
They were later joined at a press conference at Browns Stadium by linebacker Erique Dozier (Akron Garfield HS), defensive lineman Joe Schaefer (Benedictine HS), linebacker Scott Goodwin (Mentor HS), defensive lineman Tommy Smith (Cleveland Heights HS), tight end Andre Boomer (Warren Harding HS), offensive lineman Jarrett Buckosh (Elyria Clearview HS) and offensive lineman Jeff Fink (Willoughby South).
