Sophomore Erik Marschall had a career-high 19 points in 26 minutes. He tied a BGSU records by making all eight of his field goal attempts. That equaled a standard set by Brent Klassen in 2002 at home against Marshall. Erik is now averaging 10.1 points.
Sophomore Nate Miller had 16 points and nine rebounds. The MAC leader in steals also added three thefts and played 40 minutes for the first time in his career. He also tied a season best by making four of five free throws. He is fourth in the MAC in scoring averaging 17 points per game.
Senior Martin Samarco had 12 points and four assists in 39 minutes. He now has scored 937 points as a Falcon and leads the MAC averaging 20.5 per game.
Sophomore Brian Moten had two points and carer-high four rebounds.
Freshman Ryan Sims made his sixth start of the season.
Junior Ryne Hamblet had seven points and made his first three-pointer in MAC play this season.
Sophomore Dusan Radivojevic also had three points and knocked in his first trey of the MAC campaign.
Freshman Otis Polk made his first free throw. He also had a blocked shot.
The Falcons shot 54.2% in the first half.
