#17 BGSU Women's Basketball Hosts Akron Wednesday

The #17-ranked BGSU Women's Basketball team begins the stretch run of their 2006-07 MAC regular season schedule by hosting the Akron Zips on Wednesday, February 14th...tipoff is 7pm at Anderson Arena.  The Falcons (22-2 overall, 11-0 MAC), winners of 36 consecutive over MAC opponents,  now lay claim to the nation's longest current home winning streak at 28 following #4 UCONN's 73-72 win at #7 LSU Sunday afternoon.  BGSU has also won 15 straight games overall dating back to a loss against #1 Duke in December.
