Falcons Move Up to 16th in USA Today/ESPN Coaches' Poll

STREETSBORO, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team has moved up a spot, to 16th in the nation, in the latest USA Today/ESPN Coaches' poll. The latest version of the poll was released Tuesday afternoon (Feb. 20).
The Falcons are ranked in the USA Today/ESPN poll for a school- and MAC-record 13th consecutive week. BGSU's ranking of 16th ties for the highest in school and conference history. The Falcons were 16th in the nation in back-to-back weeks in the Jan. 23 and Jan. 30 USA Today/ESPN polls, and BGSU was also 16th in the country in the Jan. 22 Associated Press poll.
BGSU is in Northeast Ohio, preparing for a Tuesday night (Jan. 20) game vs. Kent State University. Tipoff is 7:00 p.m. at the M.A.C. Center.
