MAC Tournament Delayed by Rain

MIDLAND, Mich. (BGSUFalcons.com) - Rain in the mid-Michigan area has delayed the start of the 2007 Mid-American Conference Softball Tournament by at least a few hours. The first game of the league tourney, pitting Bowling Green against Western Michigan, is now scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. start.

The Falcons are the third seed for the eight-team tournament, while WMU is the sixth seed. The double-elimination tourney is scheduled to run through Sunday (May 12).
