The Bowling Green State University athletic department has announced the construction of the Falcon Golf Training Center, located on the west side of Doyt L. Perry Stadium. The facility will host both the men's and women's golf teams.
The grand opening for the new addition will be on October 31, 2008. All former BGSU men's and women's golfers are invited for the evening ceremony that begins at 6 p.m. The event will coincide with letter-winners weekend and the football game versus Kent State.
The new facility will include: • A 1200 square foot putting/chipping green • Two hitting bags with video equipment. • A player's lounge with couches and flat panel televisions • Individual lockers for each team member • Coaches offices • Club repair room
