Falcons Tuesday Match-up Against Spartans Canceled

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University softball team's Tuesday game against Michigan State has been canceled due to poor weather conditions. The match-up between the Falcons and Spartans has been rescheduled for next Tuesday (April 21) at 4:00 p.m. at Old College Field in East Lansing, Michigan.
The Falcons will return to action as open a 10 game home stand at Meserve Softball Field, their longest and last home stand of the 2009 season. The Orange and Brown will host Mid-American Conference East division foe Akron in Friday (April 17) afternoon double-header at 1:00 p.m. The Falcons will then take on Ohio in a two game weekend series on Saturday (April 18) at 2:00 p.m. and Sunday (April 19) at 1:00 p.m.
