Falcons to Host Annual Youth Summer Camp

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -- The three-time MAC East champion Bowling Green State University Falcons will host its annual summer camp for those ages 7-18 wishing to improve their game. The camp will be held June 21-22 at Warren Steller Field and Meserve Softball Field (Bowling Green, Ohio).
Twentieth year head coach of the Falcons, Danny Schmitz and the BGSU coaching staff will be accompanied by current and former players to hold a two-part summer baseball camp. Players ages 7-12 have an opportunity to shore up the fundamentals of the game, learning proper throwing and catching technique along with fun games to develop their skills. A hitting camp will be held for those ages 13-18 implementing specialized drills used by the MAC batting champion Falcon squad.
