The Bowling Green State University track and field team will compete in Akron, Ohio, for the 2012 Mid-American Conference Championships. The two day meet begins on Fri., Feb. 24 at 11 a.m.
Tickets for the event are $10 per day for adults or $15 for a two-day pass. Youth tickets will be available for $5 per day and $8 for a two-day pass. All students of MAC schools with valid student ID may purchase tickets for $2 per day.
All fans should enter the field house through the UA student recreation center main entrance where they can purchase their tickets from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
It will be a busy weekend on campus overall with the MAC Swimming and Diving Championship meet running concurrently at Ocasek Natatorium. As such, track and field fans are strongly encouraged to park in Lot 9 (on the corner of Exchange and Spicer Streets near the football stadium) and Lot 10 (on the corner of Spicer and Vine Streets behind the Field House) for convenience purposes.
