17 Falcons Earn Outdoor Academic All-MAC Honors

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced the 2026 Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-MAC team Tuesday afternoon, celebrating the achievements of student-athletes who excelled in competition and the classroom.
Seventeen athletes made the list for Bowling Green, with 10 holding at least a 3.8 GPA. Six Falcons finished the season with a 4.00, accounting for over a fifth of the MAC's 25 perfect grade point averages.
The Academic All-MAC distinction recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated outstanding commitment in both academics and athletics. To qualify, honorees must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and compete in at least 50% of their team's events during the season. First-year and transfer students in their first year are ineligible for the award.
