WHAT ARE THEY SAYING?
"This meet will be our biggest test to date this season. In our race there will be 43 teams, eight of which are nationally ranked, and six other teams currently receiving votes in the national poll. Nine of the top fifteen teams in the Great Lakes Region will be competing in Louisville this weekend as well. With that amount of quality the race will be very aggressive. We should gain even more experience, which should help prepare us for the upcoming MAC Championships." -Head Coach Lou Snelling
"Pre-Nationals is a big race and very competitive. We are in a very tough region being in the Great Lakes so it will be nice to race regionally ranked teams from multiple regions to see how we stack up in comparison. This is another big step, a championship style race, that will prepare us as we head into the MAC Championships and regionals. We are coming off of our best performance as a program in almost a decade so there is some momentum I hope we build off of this for the weekend." -Coach Chuck Wentz
LAST TIME OUT
The women traveled to Bethlehem, Pa. for the Paul Short Run. For the first time this season team scores were recorded and the Falcons placed sixth out of 35 teams, posting a team score of 225.
