Bowling Green, Ohio - Bowling Green State University's Brooke Pleger is the No. 1 ranked hammer thrower in the country. She regularly tosses the hammer over 220 feet in competition and leads the nation with a throw of 228-feet-9 to win her third straight MAC Championship. On Tuesday, we strapped a GoPro camera to Brooke's hammer at practice and let her go to work. View the video below to find out what it feels like to be a hammer.
