BGSU Women's Soccer EYAS Program
Bowling Green, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University women's soccer program is providing a GREAT opportunity for young girls grades 1-8 to join the EYAS Program for training for the 2016-17 year.
An Eya is a young falcon taken from the nest for training. The EYAS sisterhood program is designed for a mentor relationship with the BGSU women's soccer team. Every young girl will be paired with a player from the BGSU women's soccer team and throughout the entire year, there will be various planned fun activities. This is a great experience for a young girl to connect with a Falcon on the BGSU women's soccer team.
No prior soccer experience is needed even though soccer is involved.

Cost is $60 for a returning EYAS member and $70 for a new member!
All proceeds will go to support BGSU women's soccer program.

- Having a BG Falcon to be your mentor for a full season
- Learning the game from an NCAA Division I soccer player
- More than just a mentor as relationships are being made throughout the year
- Every month we host an event where all of our EYAS and Falcons get together to mingle and have fun
- The relationships made go beyond the amount of times they see each other as they remain in contact with one another just like they would with their friends!
- Opportunity to come on to the field at halftime of a women's soccer match
Things the EYAS program did during the 2015-16 campaign:
- For our conference home opener we had our EYAS girls come onto the field at halftime to play
- We visited Brookdale Findlay where we helped at the assisted living home with our EYAS
- We hosted a mother/daughter sports day
- We held a 4v4 soccer tournament on Cochrane Field
- We hosted a futsal tournament where the teams consisted of a mixture of Falcons and EYAS
