
MAC East Rivalry Takes Center Stage For Midweek MACtion

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University football team kicks off midweek football action Tuesday night when the Falcons host Kent State at Doyt L. Perry Stadium at 8:00 pm, live on ESPNU. The game will serve as Halloween At The Doyt as BGSU welcomes back former players and staff now on the Kent State staff. Head coach Sean Lewis, as well as coordinators Tom Kaufman and Andrew Sowder served on Dino Babers' staff, while graduate assistant Matt Johnson was a MAC Player of the Year at quarterback from Bowling Green, concluding his career in 2015.

• In Bowling Green's second-to-last home game of the season, the Falcons are set to host Kent State University at Doyt L. Perry Stadium on Tuesday, Oct. 30. Kick-off is slated for 8 p.m.
• Tuesday's game marks Bowling Green's only midweek #MACtion contest of the 2018 season. BGSU plays on Saturday the following two weeks, before wrapping up the season at home versus Buffalo on Friday, Nov. 23.
• Bowling Green is 60-19-6 against Kent State all-time. The Falcons have won five-straight games over the Golden Flashes, outscoring KSU by a 205-65 margin over that time period.
• Saturday's game will be aired live on National Television on ESPNU.
