April 03, 2018 | Baseball
KENT, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball team's scheduled game at Kent State University on Tuesday has been cancelled due to inclement weather. The hope was that there would be a clean window to fit in the game, but rains are expected for the remainder of the day.
At this time, there is no plan to reschedule the game. Bowling Green is scheduled to host Kent State on April 17 at Steller Field in a non-conference game, before traveling to Kent for a three-game conference series over May 4-6.
This weekend, the Falcons are set to travel to Oxford for a three-game series at Miami University. The series will begin with a 5 p.m. first pitch on Friday, April 6. The series will conclude with games on Saturday (April 7) and Sunday (April 8) at 4 p.m. and 1 p.m., respectively.
