• In fact, BGSU's next two home games are against teams that advanced to the Round of 16 in last year's NCAA Championships, as Central Michigan comes to the Stroh on Wednesday, Feb. 20.
• Last season, the Bulls and Chippewas joined the 2006-07 BGSU juggernaut as the only MAC women's basketball teams ever to advance to the "Sweet Sixteen" in the NCAA tourney.
FIRST QUARTER

• Lambert came up with an offensive rebound and hit a slick baseline jumper, and the senior then lobbed the ball inside to Cecil for an easy layup.
• Dickerson answered with a three, but freshman Kadie Hempfling threw the ball inside to Cecil for another layup.  MU's Purvis hit a long-distance shot for an eight-point lead, but Cecil knocked down a pair of free throws, and the junior hit a three-ball at the top of the arc to cut the RedHawk lead to 19-15.
• Freshman Morgan McMillen took the ball to the hoop and hit a layup to cut the MU lead in half, but the RedHawks got a late bucket to take a 21-17 advantage after 10 minutes.
SECOND QUARTER
• Hempfling opened the period by taking a McMillen pass and hitting a corner three, and moments later, Lambert grabbed an offensive board and flipped the ball to fellow senior Maddie Cole for a layup and a 23-21 BGSU lead.
• Perry kicked the ball out to Parker for a triple from the left wing, but Dickerson answered with a three of her own, giving MU a 28-26 advantage. Cecil was fouled inside and hit both charity tosses, and the junior then found Perry for a baby hook and a 30-28 lead.
• Cecil grabbed a rebound after a BG stop, then took the ball coast to coast for a layup and a four-point lead. Moments later, Parker's entry pass found Cecil for a layup and a 34-30 lead. When Perry hit a putback, the Falcons were up by six as the RedHawks used a timeout.
• BG got a stop, however, and Cecil laid the ball off to a cutting Lambert for a layup and a 38-30 lead.
• Miami stopped the BG run, but Parker was fouled on a rebound, and the soph hit a pair of free throws to give the Falcons a 42-33 lead at the break.
THIRD QUARTER
• Miami got out to a fast start in the second half. Purvis hit a corner three to cut BG's lead to 42-37, and after Cecil hit two shots from the stripe, Purvis made another trey, then Kluesner's free throws were followed by a Dickerson triple that gave the visitors a 45-44 lead.

• BG fouled several times to get to the five-foul mark for the quarter. After the final foul in that sequence, Purvis hit a pair of free-throws with 48.7 seconds left, giving the visitors an 81-75 lead.
• For the Falcons, three-point attempts were off the mark on each of the next two possessions. But, the RedHawks went 0-for-4 at the stripe to keep the door open. However, with just 11.2 seconds to go, Purvis split a pair of shots to cap the scoring.
