BGSU To Implement Adjustments To Hockey Parking This Weekend

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Ahead of the weekend slate of events, there will be a change to the BG Falcon Hockey parking procedure to adhere to other events on campus. For games on Friday and Saturday (Feb. 21-22) against Ferris State, fans won't be able to use the Perry Field House parking lot. In response, the Sebo Lot (Lot L), Lot 10 and the Doyt Loop will be available for free parking. Pending weather conditions, parking in grass lots will be available for $5. The graphic below illustrates the changes.
To help accommodate guests, signage will be placed to help redirect hockey traffic. Both Friday and Saturday the Falcons will host the Ferris State Bulldogs at the Slater Family Ice Arena for 7:07 p.m. puck drops. Saturday's game will be the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Falcon Hockey at the varsity level, Senior Night and SICSIC unmasking. Tickets for both games over the weekend can be purchased below.Â

The Perry Field House will not be available due to Bowling Green State University being host to the Ohio Special Olympic winter Games this weekend. The event will bring over 1,000 athletes and families from across Ohio to Bowling Green to compete in events at the Perry Field House, the Student Recreation Center and the Stroh Center. Events will include basketball, swimming and cheerleading.Â
