BGSU Women’s Golf Unveils 2021-22 Schedule

2021-22 BGSU Women's Golf Schedule
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University women's golf program and head coach Stephanie Young have announced the program's 2021-22 schedule. The 2021-22 schedule features 11 tournaments, which will be capped by the 2022 MAC Championships in nearby Holland, Ohio in late April.
"I am so excited to announce our 2021-22 tournament schedule," commented Coach Young. "It is hard to believe it has been two seasons of waiting for our student-athletes to realize a full fall and spring competitive schedule. You will see many familiar events along with a few new venues that will challenge the team as the year goes on. One of the big highlights of the season will be competing so close to home at Stone Oak Country Club for the MAC Championship in April!"
The schedule is once again highlighted by two BGSU-hosted events in the spring. The spring season starts with the Mid-American Match Play Challenge in Florida over Feb. 7-8. The Falcons won this event in 2019. The 11th-annual Dolores Black Falcon Invitational is set to place at Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green from April 9-10. The Orange and Brown posted a strong second-place finish at its home event this past season.
The 2021-22 season will begin with a familiar event in the Redbird Invitational (Sept. 5-6) in Normal, Illinois. The six-tournament spring season will conclude with the Rocket Classic Invitational on Catawba Island in Ohio across Oct. 11-12. The entire schedule can be viewed below.
