Falcons Have Two Top-10 Finishers at the Rocket Classic Invitational

CATAWBA ISLAND, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University women's golf team completed play at Rocket Classic Invitational on Tuesday (Oct. 11), finishing in fifth place in the 11-team tournament. The two-day event took place at the Catawba Island Club. The par-72, 6,118-yard course is in Catawba Island, Ohio.
The Falcons had two Top-10 finishers to pace BGSU in the event. Kayla Davis led BGSU, finishing tied for No. 4 at +10, while MacKenzie Moore finished tied for No. 7 at +12. Olivia Steen placed tied for No. 28 at +24 and Alyson Kovach finished tied for No. 37 at +31. Finishing the BGSU lineup was Savannah Wyrick who finished tied for No. 41 at +33. Participating as an individual, Amanda Maletich finished No. 50 at +39.
