Falcons Wrap Up Weekend At Rio Verde Invitational

RIO VERDE, Ariz. – The Bowling Green women's golf team completed the Rio Verde Invitational on Sunday (Feb. 27), playing the third and final round of the weekend. The Falcons logged their best team score of the weekend on Sunday with a score of 307, a 10-stroke improvement from Saturday. BGSU finished the Rio Verde Invitational 17th out of the field of 18.
MacKenzie Moore paced the Falcons with her best round of the weekend, returning to the clubhouse with a score of 74 for the day. The round allowed Moore to jump up 10 spots on the player leaderboard, finishing in a tie for 30th. Kayla Davis also posted another solid round, matching her Saturday score at 76 to move up seven more spots after jumping 20 yesterday.
